Quality

Good quality wood pellets contain very little residual moisture, which results in a high heat output and low emissions. Calimax Pellet Stoves are adjusted at the factory for pellets with a 6 mm diameter.

Shiny, smooth, of equal length, minimal dust – these are the criteria for premium-quality pellets. A spot test: good quality pellets sink in water, while bad ones float. It’s that simple!

The fuel meets the requirements of the DIN 51731 and Ö-NORM M7135 standards. Only standardised pellets may be used in pellet stoves.
